Here at Tri Swim School we believe in creating a fun, safe environment for swimming so your little ones can grow up to understand and respect the water, essential life skills as they grow up, to avoid any fears creeping into adulthood.
At our sister company Tri Swim Coaching, we all too often work with adults looking to learn to swim later in life. Often they've had a bad experience or been put off water based activities as a child with poor teaching at school. Typically it takes a lot more time and commitment to learn the safe techniques as an adult than as a child.
Equipping children with essential life skills in the water is key to our ethos. We want children enjoy swimming because:
Swimming keeps kids fit, healthy and active
Swimming improves kids stamina, strength, balance
Swimming provides challenges and rewards accomplishments, which helps children to become self-confident and believe in their abilities
Your child will have plenty of opportunities to make friends and grow in confidence
MOST IMPORTANTLY - swim skills and confidence in the water could save a child's life
We know how fun other water based activities can be. As children progress with their skill and confidence, they may wish to try other water based activities such as:
Body boarding / Surfing
We are passionate swim teachers who want to create the best opportunity for your children to thrive in the water as they grow up. Our swim school begins at age 3+, which we believe is the crucial time to lay down good foundations for your children's water based future.
